This funny clip shows how a biker’s pillion passenger tackled the sweltering heat by balancing a pedestal fan on his knee as they rode down a busy main road.

The baffling scenes were recently filmed in the Osmangazi district of Bursa, Turkey, on a scorching summer day.
The footage, filmed by a driver travelling behind the pair, shows how the biker rides down the lane while his pillion passenger clasps a bulky pedestal fan in his right hand.
The fan can clearly be seen in motion as the passenger balances the device, which is pointed at the men’s heads to keep them cool, on his right knee.
The fan does not appear to be battery-powered and, instead, seems to have been set in motion by the wind effect caused by the pair’s travel.
At the time of reporting, the men’s identities were unclear, and it was similarly unclear if they had been reported to the authorities for violating local traffic rules.
Bursa, in inland Turkey, has seen the mercury hit as high as 34 degrees Celsius (93 degrees Fahrenheit) in recent days.
