This is the dizzying moment a 20-year-old woman astonishingly survives a fall from the top of a Hilton Hotel.

The footage shows the woman, named only as Azra E. in local media in Konak, a densely populated area of Izmir, in south-western Turkey, perched on the edge of the high-rise building,
Wearing just black shorts and a T-shirt she seems to edge backward towards the terrifying drop.
She then suddenly leans back and tumbles down towards the street below as watching crowds scream in shock.
She is only saved by a huge inflatable air cushion strategically placed in the road below by firefighters.
The first piece of footage shows the young woman standing on the ledge before she falls backwards off the building as people scream.
The second piece of footage, shot from the other side of the street, shows the woman landing in the life net with a loud thud as people in the street scream and rescuers rush to her aid.
Turkish media has called her amazing survival “miraculous”.
Azra was taken to hospital for treatment for head and body injuries.
She was later transferred to the Izmir Health Sciences University Tepecik Training and Research Hospital.
It is currently unclear why she was on the roof of the building.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
